Visitors Guide to Paxar eShop


Paxar eShop is part of the global Paxar Corporation. The eShop is already open to UK customers and will open to EU customers in the near future. Our Locations Map shows you where we are based. Wherever you are in the world, you can get access to Paxar’s products!

Through our online store, you can buy a selection of our barcode printers, handheld marking guns, labels and supplies for your equipment. We have such a wide range of products and bespoke items available that not all of them can be included online. If you cannot find the product you want, our customer service team are here to help. Your business can benefit from our labelling solutions, from concept to checkout.

If you already know exactly what you want, you can go directly to the relevant product area. All items are shown with a product code and a brief description, to help you make the correct choice.

If you are unsure of which Paxar product will be best for your needs, you can look through some of our suggested solutions or contact us. Our customer service team will be happy to discuss your requirements and recommend the most suitable combination of products for your business.

If you already use Paxar or Monarch printers, you can use our online technical support service to download software, view and print manuals and access video clips. For repairs and other technical services, UK customers can contact the following departments:

Set up an Online Account – New Customers


You can open an account when you start using the site or you can wait until you want to make a purchase. When you have put goods into your basket, you will be asked to login/register as you go to the ‘checkout’.

If you are new to Paxar’s eShop, you will need to enter your company name and set a username and password. Your username and password should be kept secret. Please email us if you want to add other users to your online account and we will set this up for you. Next you need to give us a phone number and delivery address for your goods. Then we will ask for a security question, in case you forget your password. The final step is for us to take your name and personal contact details, so that we can keep you up to date with your order status. All of this information will be kept private.

Use your Paxar Account Online


If you already have an account with Paxar, you can receive all your normal account benefits (payment on account, negotiated volume discounts etc.) and get the speed and convenience of ordering online. Setting your account up online could not be easier!

Simply set up an online account in the normal way and then tell us your existing account number. We will carry out a number of security checks (and might contact you by telephone) to make sure that no one is trying to use your account without permission. Please bear with us while we do this as it may take a few days. Your security is our top priority.

To use your account online, you just add goods to your basket in the normal way. When you have finished shopping and proceed to the checkout, you will need to login and choose to pay on account. At the click of a mouse, you can enjoy your normal Paxar trading online!

Lost your Password?

Don't worry if you lose your password. On the login page, just type your username and click the 'forgotten password' link. You will be asked the answer to your secret question. Type this in and you can reset your password so you can access your account normally.

How to Order

1.

Select the product range you are interested in from the Homepage or click on the Shop button (top left on the menu bar). You can browse through the products that are available on paxar-europe.com. If you are not sure which product will suit you best, or you cannot find the product you are looking for, our customer service team will be happy to help. You can contact us by phone or email.

Once you have found the product you want to buy, click ‘Add to Your Shopping Basket’. You can edit the amount, using the ‘Qty’ button then either ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Checkout’ if your order is complete.

When you check out you will be asked to give us your name and contact details. If you have already set up a Paxar online account, you can log in and all you need to do is confirm your delivery address.

To complete your order, you can click to pay on account, if you have an existing account with one of our Paxar divisions. Your order will be processed just as it would be offline.

Alternatively, you can use our secure payment service to pay by Visa, MasterCard or Switch. We have chosen a payment service that provides the highest standards of security to give you a service that you can be confident to use. All you need to do is enter your credit card details.

5.

When you have paid for your goods, click on the button to return to Paxar. Once you come back to Paxar, your order is completed and you will see an order acceptance screen. We recommend that you print this screen and keep it for your records. We will also send you an email to confirm your order and delivery date. Normally, your goods will be despatched in 48 hours and will be with you in 5 working days.

If you want to track your order online, you can set up an online account. All you need to do is choose a username and password and enter these on the order acceptance screen. With an online account, you can order from us again, without having to enter all your contact details

Payment Options

Credit Cards: You can make your payment using MasterCard, Visa or Switch cards. We have chosen a payment service that provides the highest standards of security to give you a service that you can be confident to use. All you need to do is enter your credit card details. Your credit card will be debited when we receive your order.

Because we are so confident in the security of this service, we guarantee that we will cover your costs (up to £50) for any fraudulent misuse of your credit/debit card on our website, provided the unauthorised use occurred through no fault of your own.

Account Customers: If you already have an account with a Paxar division, you can add the order to your account and pay on your agreed payment terms. To do this, you need to set up an online account and ask us to link it to your offline account

You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the time you placed your order. Payments can only be accepted in pounds Sterling.

Prices, VAT & Delivery

The prices shown on this website exclude VAT. Delivery is charged at a standard rate of £6.50 on all orders, regardless of size. VAT is charged at 17.5% and is added to your order at the checkout.

Your order will normally be processed within 2 working days and you will usually receive your goods in 5 working days. When you place your order, we will send you an email and confirm the delivery time.

We aim to keep all the products for sale on this website in stock at all times. However, if for any reason the goods will not be available within 28 days, we will refund your payment and notify you by email.

Changing your Order or Returning Goods

If you would like to change your order in any way, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. Provided we have not started to pack your goods and prepare them for despatch from the warehouse, we will be happy to make the changes you require.

If for any reason, you want to return an item, we will be happy to accept it within 7 working days of delivery. Faulty items must also be returned within 7 days. If you want to return your goods, please contact the relevant customer services team and they will send you a returns form.

Please pack the item securely and enclose your returns form. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and retain your proof of postage. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless we sent them to you in error. Refunds will be made to your credit/debit card or your account.

Track your Order

If you have an online account, you can follow your order on the Internet by accessing 'Your Account'. You will need to log in and then you can click to 'Check your order status'. This screen shows a summary of all your orders both current and past. You can see more details by clicking on the order number of the order you are interested in.
